Pool House Hostel - Santa Ana

pool house hostel felt like home. hosts julio and kathi made us feel like family and went above and beyond to help us with our trip planning. clean, comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, and a great common area. the tours they offer to the volcano and nearby places were fantastic. highly recommended!

Bathroom situation could be improved.

The hosts were really good too make our stay lovely. They picked us up from a random neighborhood when we got lost and even gave us rides to local attractions. The hotel design was charming and the double bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the complimentary coffee and tea were delicious. The location was great, with fantastic restaurants nearby. We felt so welcome here and would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend it.

I had a fantastic stay at Pool House in beautiful Santa Ana. The pool area was lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner, Adriana, was an amazing host who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She even helped me rent a car and gave great recommendations for local food spots. The free coffee in the morning was a nice touch, too. it felt more like a homestay with friends than a hostel. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff at this hostel were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations and even offering to drive us to the bus terminal. The rooms were decent, offering both 3 and 4 bed dorms. The pool was a great way to cool down in the hot weather.

The rooms were extremely hot, with no proper ventilation making it difficult to stay inside during the day. Additionally, the location was a bit far from the center and bus terminal, requiring a bus ride to get there.

Pool area and kitchen create a friendly atmosphere. Organized road trips available. Hot waterfalls are a great insider tip. Free coffee.

had an amazing honeymoon trip in santa ana and pool house exceeded expectations. cozy rooms, clean facilities, and helpful staff who organized day trips. loved the fully-equipped kitchen, netflix, and the pool. the local pupuseria nearby was a bonus. felt at home and can't wait to visit again!

And I can't forget to mention the refreshing pool! Although the WiFi could be a bit slow at times, it didn't really bother me. I highly recommend this hostel for an very nice stay.
